Well, she is not my trainer; she’s my friend. However, she is also in crazy good shape but admitted to me that she hasn’t kept up the workout regimen over break (like me and every other normalish person on the planet) so I may have a chance to be toe to toe with her.
Literally. We’re doing yoga.
And not easy-peasy relaxing yoga, but upset monkies yoga from hell. It will be good, or I’ll die. You never really know. If you don’t hear from me…
Anyway, I’m going back to the gym. Hopefully I’ll feel good about it later. Yoga is always nice feeling… not during, that sucks… but afterward.
