Brock Lesnar losing at WrestleMania hints at likely UFC return

Seth Rollins won without his Shield Brothers. He posted the following on twitter moments after Rollins' victory, "Ha, Brock got beat up".

After a couple minutes on the outside, the referee finally rang the bell to officially begin the bout.

During Heyman's promo, he mentioned that following the match, he and Lesnar would be "getting on a jet to Las Vegas, where [they are] more appreciated".

According to a report by AGFight, the long rumored fight between UFC heavyweight champion Daniel Cormier and WWE Universal Champion Brock Lesnar is being targeted for UFC 241 on August 17, though no location has been revealed for the event.

"The Beast Slayer" lived up to his name, however, and eventually pinned Lesnar after three stomps. Lesnar got the win but it was soon overturned because of a drugs ban that Lesnar failed.

Was the UFC champ's tweet a bit of fun at Lesnar's expense or the start of a rivalry that could see them fight for the gold?

Lesnar is a former UFC heavyweight champion, who is now under contract with WWE and UFC.

The way Brock Lesnar was handled and lost at WrestleMania on Sunday points to a likely UFC return for the heavyweight fighter. The roster is stacked with talent like no other time in the company's history, it would free up a little room at the top, especially when it comes to competition for the new champion, Rollins.
