In his four-page summary of the special counsel's report, Barr said Mueller did not find Trump campaign associates had "conspired or coordinated" with the Russian government during the 2016 campaign. It's hard to say exactly what this means without reading the full Mueller report, which is why it's so important that this report be made as public as possible (it no doubt includes a ton of classified information, which is why it should take some time to release the information contained in the report).

The report accuses the agency of conducting "disinformation and social media operations" to sow discord in U.S. society and alleges that Russian hackers obtained the emails of Hillary Clinton's associates and passed them to WikiLeaks. The fact that Special Counsel Mueller's report does not exonerate the president on a charge as serious as obstruction of justice demonstrates how urgent it is that the full report and underlying documentation be made public without any further delay.

Barr's letter to Congress makes clear that there was substantial evidence supporting the possibility that the president obstructed justice-enough that Mueller did not feel he could draw a conclusion-but that Barr nonetheless concluded that prosecution was not warranted.

"Attorney General Barr's letter raises as many questions as it answers", wrote House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senate minority leader Chuck Schumer in a joint statement.

Sanders said that the American people didn't deserve to have the election of their president, "taken down", by a two-year long investigation, which turned up no evidence that Trump was colluding with Russian Federation during his campaign.

Two US soldiers killed in Afghanistan operation
No further details have been regarding the exact location where the two service members lost their lives. The deaths occurred as the US grapples with how to extricate itself from its longest war.

Evidence of water, particle plumes discovered on asteroid Bennu
But there is optimism the new discoveries will not disrupt the mission to bring particles from Bennu back to earth. The researchers don't now understand why this is happening, but it poses no risk to the spacecraft.

Pakistan condoles with Iraq over loss of lives in ferry incident
Iraqi Prime Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi has ordered investigators to look into the tragedy and report back to him by Friday. Mosul was devastated by the war against the Islamic State group, which occupied the city for three years.

Napolitano said that by doing so, Barr "is opening a can of worms for the president and throwing a lifeline to House Democrats" for more investigations of obstruction.

Nadler said he plans to ask Barr to testify before the House Judiciary Committee about his letter and Mueller's investigation, and threatened to subpoena him and the Mueller report for public release.

Trump pledged new investigations but did not specify who would conduct them or who should be targeted.

Sanders, in an interview with NBC's Savannah Guthrie on "Today", was pressed by the TV host on whether the commander-in-chief should apologize to Mueller after Barr informed Congress on Sunday of the conclusions drawn by the special counsel in his highly-anticipated report. "I want the whole damn report", Senator Bernie Sanders tweeted.
