But sources tell us there's "absolutely no way" Patriots owner and accused rub-and-tug recipient Robert Kraft will take the no-plea deal that Florida prosecutors are offering in his prostitution-solicitation case.

Kraft has been charged with two counts of soliciting prostitution; he was one of several men charged after a months-long investigation by Jupiter police, who were looking into alleged human trafficking.

Sexual exploitation survivors and organizations are appealing to the National Football League to ban Robert Kraft from team ownership if he is found guilty of soliciting prostitution.

According to ESPN's T.J. Quinn, this is a "non-starter" for him and to expect intense negotiations over the next week in advance of his March 28 scheduled court date.

Kraft is facing 60 days in jail and a $500 fine if the misdemeanor case goes to trial and he is found guilty.

Kraft's attorney Jack Goldberger did not immediately return a call seeking comment.

Kraft has not decided whether to accept the offer from Palm Beach County State Attorney Dave Aronberg's office, according to a person familiar with the billionaire team owner's legal strategy.

It's unclear if the plea deal will be accepted by Kraft or any of the other 24 men who were arrested, the Palm Beach Post noted.

Investigators said Kraft returned 17 hours later, arriving at the upper-middle class shopping centre where the spa was located in a chauffeured 2015 blue Bentley, the documents said. According to prosecutors, Kraft visited the spa on January 18 and January 19 where a sex act was performed on him by women.

It was also revealed that Kraft was serviced on the same day as the New England Patriots got ready to play the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC Championship game.

Police authorities and prosecutors have talked about the case in terms of "human trafficking". Numerous women are originally from China, were forced to live in the spas and were not allowed to leave without an escort, according to investigators. He has been dating 39-year-old actress Ricki Noel Lander since 2012.
