When President Trump delivers his State of the Union address on Tuesday night, First Lady Melania Trump will be flanked by more than a dozen invited guests in the balcony - and one of them is raising eyebrows.

Sen. Rick Scott, R-Fla., also said on NBC's "Meet the Press" that Trump shouldn't invoke executive authority to get border-wall funding.

The address is also being used as a fundraising tool for the President's re-election campaign, soliciting input from supporters.

While Trump was still putting the final touches on the speech Tuesday afternoon, he was expected to use some of his televised address to showcase a growing economy.
