The midfielder has been discussing a move for weeks and reached an agreement on Wednesday that will leave Arsenal after 10 years at the club.

Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey has finally ended uncertainty about his future by agreeing a five-year summer move to Juventus worth around £36 million.

However, Ramsey is set to end his long association with the Gunners as he has just 5 months left to run on his current contract and talks over an extension collapsed earlier in the season, despite the player being keen to commit himself to the Emirates.

The Welsh global will bring an end to 10 years at Arsenal at the end of the season after talks over a new deal broke down with the Premier League giants in September.

However, as it stands the Arsenal star is leaning towards going overseas and the BBC claims Ramsey is ready to undergo a medical and sign a pre-contract as soon as he makes a final decision over his new club.

Denver Broncos go with Vic Fangio as head coach

"If Arsenal are admitting they are only able to sign loan players, then it is staggering that they are happy to let one of their prize assets leave for nothing", said Keown, writing in the Daily Mail.

Nevertheless, Emery still trusts in Ramsey to provide cover and competition until the end of the season, saying: 'I say to him every day that we need his performance for us.

Speaking for the first time since that fresh speculation emerged, however, Allegri appeared to raise doubts over whether a move for Ramsey is as far down the line as expected. I want his focus to be on us, and to be on West Ham on Saturday.

"I don't know how his situation is but I know the club is working for the possibility of players who can help us with this condition (on loan)". He won three FA Cups with the club, scoring the winning goal in the 2014 and 2017 final.
