Warner encouraged me to tamper with ball, says Bancroft
Notably, Bancroft was caught on camera using sandpaper to rough up the ball in the Cape Town Test in March this year. But Roberts has refuted claims that this will make Warner's path to recovery a bit more hard than it was.

"The defendant's attendance at the arraignment will only serve to heighten prejudicial media interest in the case and will increase the risk of contamination of the pool of jurors available for the trial", wrote attorney Juliane Balliro. The allegations were first brought in November 2017, when former Boston TV anchor Heather Unruh told reporters that Spacey groped her teenage son during a chance encounter in the crowded bar of a Nantucket restaurant.

"On December 20, 2018 following a public show cause hearing at Nantucket District Court, Clerk Magistrate Brian Kearney issued a criminal complaint of indecent assault and battery against Kevin S. Fowler, also known as Kevin Spacey", a statement from the Cape and Islands District Attorney office read.

Unruh told reporters that her son didn't report the assault at the time because he was embarrassed and scared.

Earlier this month, Spacey appeared to break his silence on the allegations, releasing a weird YouTube video in the guise of his former House Of Cards alter-ego Frank Underwood - who was killed off amid the real-life claims.
