Nintendo Switch Pro Controller Hits Lowest Price Ever for Cyber Monday

Overall Nintendo sold $250 million worth of products during the holiday, according to internal sales figures.

Adobe Analytics (via Nintendo Life) has revealed that Nintendo Switch was the best-selling video game console in the United States during Cyber Monday.

The newest iteration of the beloved Pokemon franchise, Pokemon: Let's Go Pikachu! and Eevee! has sold more than 1.5 million units in the US since its launch earlier this month. Super Mario Party, which launched earlier last month, surpassed its lifetime USA sales of 1 million units making it the fastest-selling game in the Mario Party series. Year-over year, sales of the console over those five days were up by 115%.

From turkey day into Cyber Monday, Switch became the best-selling Nintendo console in U.S. history for the period - beating historic Wii system sales.

The 3DS also chipped in with "strong" holiday sales, and the dedicated handheld now has an install base of 22 million consoles in the USA alone.
