Justice Ginsburg is released from the hospital... "Doctors found three broken ribs on her left side".

Indeed, word today is that she's "up and working" in her hospital room, "because what else would she be doing, and cracking jokes", according to her nephew, who spoke to reporters at the premiere of the RBG biopic On the Basis of Sex last night.

"I hereby donate all of my ribs and organs to Ruth Bader Ginsburg", said journalist Lauren Duca. "I can't promise they were good jokes but they were jokes", he said. President Donald Trump and new acting Attorney General Matthew Whitaker were expected to attend.Ginsburg has had a series of health problems.

Ginsburg's spill caused her to miss the ceremonial swearing-in Thursday of the newest addition to the high court: Justice Brett Kavanaugh.
