Cape Town - If you've ever wondered what a day in the life of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex is like look no further.

Same same same. This is actually the second dog for Harry and Meghan: Megs brought her beagle named Guy with her from America to England back in November, so we can rest assured that the new pup already has a friend.

And according to a royal source, their new pet is already living it up in the couple's royal digs.

Considering the couple are reportedly holding off children until they wrap up their banger royal tour of Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and Tonga, their new addition may be just the thing they need to satisfy any parental urges they may be having in the meantime.

According to a report in Daily Mail, the couple has adopted a Labrador and the dog is now staying with them at the Nottingham Cottage.

Meghan and Harry can't have full custody of their kids.

Meghan is known as a dog lover as she used to own two dogs before moving to London. Sources close to the entourage of the Royal family said that the dog had long dreamed of Meghan Markle. While the former is not staying with Meghan, the latter is with the Royal family.

Speaking about how Guy had adapted to living in the United Kingdom, he said: "I think he's doing just fine".

Meghan and Harry apparently mirrored his brother Prince William and Kate Middleton. Prince Charles and Camilla Parker are also in attendance along with Princess Anne, Prince Edward, the Countess of Wessex and Lady Louise Windsor.
