Iran's Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif responded Monday on Twitter, writing, "Colour US UNIMPRESSED".

Tehran claims that Trump's belligerent foreign policy has isolated the United States globally, and that the European Union and many other countries stand with Iran.

She wouldn't directly say whether Trump consulted with his national security team before the tweet. It's about as serious this time around, but there's more bad blood behind Trump's deployment of all caps against Iran. "Now, if you believe that, I have some Florida real estate I could sell you", he said.

US President Donald Trump on Sunday tweeted a strongly-worded warning to his Iranian counterpart, Hassan Rouhani. But the White House blamed Rouhani for inciting the war of words with his comment that "America must understand well that peace with Iran is the mother of all peace and war with Iran is the mother of all wars".
