A motorist who shot and killed a man who shoved him to the ground during a heated row over a handicapped parking space likely won't be charged, police have said.

The vigil for the family of Markeis McGlockton, 28, who the Pinellas County sheriff said was killed by Michael Drejka, 47, will be held from 4 to 5 p.m.at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church in Clearwater, according to a news release. So she sent McGlockton and their 5-year-old into a Circle A in Clearwater, Fla., for snacks and drinks while she rested in the parked vehicle - or at least tried to. As you can see in there, there is a pause, even if it's only for a couple seconds, there is a pause between the time Drejka hits the ground and he shoots.

According to the Tampa Bay Times, Pinellas County Sheriff Bob Gualtieri told reporters on Friday that authorities have determined that Drejka is protected by the state's "Stand Your Ground" law, which provides immunity to someone who used force believing their life is in danger.

The sheriff's office, citing the "stand your ground" law, which allows citizens to use deadly force when fearing "imminent death or great bodily harm", did not arrest Drejka for the fatal shooting.

As the drivers remonstrated, a witness entered the store and informed the clerk that there was a disturbance outside, police said.

McGlockton was stepping back when Drejka pulled the trigger, she said, shooting him just a few feet away from her and their children.

"The guy is on the ground and he pulls the gun out", Jacobs told ABC. "My dude steps back 'cause my dude is fearing for his life - all of us were", she added.

McGlockton was pronounced dead at a hospital shortly after.

Russian Federation agrees to help with North Korea relationship, Trump says
It seems USA efforts to denuclearize North Korea as quickly as possible. have been put on the back-burner for a while. Chairman Kim told President Trump he understood that.

There is no indication in the news reports about the incident that McGlockton was armed.

Still, the Gualtieri told reporters, the legal question is not about whether Drejka was right in being the self-appointed protector of the handicap spot.

You may recall the Stand Your Ground law was changed previous year.

The man involved has a concealed weapons permit and is cooperating with police.

A sign posted outside Drejka's home Friday said: "No Comment" in bolded letters. It's messed up. Markeis is a good man.

The case is however being sent to the Florida State attorney's office for review.

"This is not right and I need justice".
