The status of Julius Randle, who is a restricted free agent, appears in doubt. That announcement was quickly followed by agreements by Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, Lance Stephenson and JaVale McGee to play for the Lakers, sources told ESPN's Chris Haynes. Randle was previously informed that if he returned to the Lakers, his role would be "dramatically different" than it was last season, per ESPN's Ramona Shelburne.
