Phil Mickelson's frustrations are getting the best of him at the U.S. Open to the point he hit a moving ball with his putter in the third round on Saturday in Southampton, N.Y.

Phil Mickelson incurred a two-shot penalty for opting to hit his ball while it was still moving in a freakish incident that led to a sextuple-bogey 10. "I know it is a two-shot penalty". I did not feel like continuing going back and forth.
