Aaron Schlossberg was identified as the customer who loudly complained that employees at Fresh Kitchen were speaking Spanish to customers - and he threatens to call ICE on everyone after he's laughed out of the coffee shop.

"Your staff are speaking Spanish to customers when they should be speaking English", Schlossberg says as a another customer records the confrontation.

The man then threatened to call immigration agents.

The website for Schlossberg says he is a lawyer with a focus on commercial and insurance law and notes that he speaks Spanish and some French, Mandarin Chinese and Hebrew, in addition to English. If they have the balls to come here and live off my money, I pay for their welfare. In the wake of his restaurant rant, many took to his businesses' Facebook, Yelp and Google pages and left thousands of angry comments and low review scores.

Fox 5 called the law firm and emailed the Schlossberg for comment but has not heard back. In a video posted by the New York Post, Schlossberg held an umbrella in front of his face as he avoided reporters.

Shaun King, a columnist with the online news site The Intercept, asked his almost 1 million Twitter followers to help identify the man in the video, according to Pix11. It's what makes this city great.

"The least they can do is speak English", he concluded before storming out. Schlossberg said that was "false", as he taped his confrontation with the media. He's been called a "die hard Trumper" by one journalist who filmed him attacking Jewish people on the street, giving them the finger, and appearing "pretty unreasonably upset there were Jews supporting Palestine".

Schlossberg was there representing Queens medical center Aimes Enterprises Inc. - a day after footage emerged of the lawyer threatening to have workers at a Manhattan eatery "kicked out of my country".

"How many times has he mistreated people and hasn't been called out for it?" said Morris, adding that incidents like the one in the restaurant are "good reminders to do the opposite of what [Schlossberg] did".

He went on to tell Morris, "You don't run into people". "I was waiting for Ashton Kutcher or someone to jump out and yell, like, 'Punk'd.'.Who acts like that toward people who you think aren't from here".

Schlossberg also is being accused in two other hate-filled rants caught on camera within the past two years.

"What a big man talking down to couple of women and a helpless employee", Suazo wrote.
