With the eighth pick in the 2018 NBA Draft, the Cleveland Cavaliers will plot the course of the future for the foreesablle future either with or without superstar LeBron James.

The New York Knicks will pick ninth, and the Philadelphia 76ers will choose 10th - a pick originally held by the Los Angeles Lakers that could have gone to the Celtics if it landed at No. 2 or No. 3.

The Charlotte Hornets will go 11th, the Los Angeles Clippers will get 12th and 13th - the former coming from the Detroit Pistons - while the Denver Nuggets get 14th pick.
