Comics Plus of Macon preparing for Free Comic Day this weekend

To take part in Free Comic Book Day head down to High Octane Comics, located at 250 Third downtown Kamloops, to snag a few of your favourite titles putting out free editions.

Comics are free but shops may limit the number you are allowed to have.

Free Comic Book Day AMAZING SPIDER-MAN, by Nick Spencer, Ryan Ottley, Cliff Rathburn, and Laura Martin, kicks off another new creative team's run with an iconic Marvel super hero-Peter Parker!

On Saturday, May 5, the comic book industry celebrates Free Comic Book day.

JC Comics will give away 6,000 new comics, representing 40 different titles, with a limit of 10 per customer. This year marks the 17th annual event that promotes literacy through the art of comics.
